A) They complain ...it is unwearable plastic with pins at the bottom. How could you walk with several pins in your sole ? You will cry in pain B).....even if you manage to do that ...how those plastic part pressing at the bottom of your sole can increase the production of growth hormones
C) Growth hormone is secreted from hypothalamus pituitary axis in your brain, scientifically there is no evidence that growth hormone secretion is linked with pinning your sole ...laughing stock
D) Further most of the people who do not gain height is not because of deficiency of growth hormone. You can test your blood growth hormone levels before going for increasing it. Therefore if you increase Growth hormone ..how is it going to make difference ?
E) Once you cross 18 years or puberty ,increasing growth hormone is futile exercise since your bone will grow in thickness and not in length after puberty. Talk to your doctor whether he prescribe growth hormone injections after puberty...he will say NO
Considering all this please do not waste money on such products and try the scientifically proven system of mediplex...earlier it is better it is for you...
